good food! Amazing service Shiloh was wonderful and I adore the ambiance! 10/10 experience I will come again!

We go here a lot. Always enjoy the food. As I missed my birthday dessert, (I was out of town), I decided to treat myself to dessert today. I got the Carmel nut covered brownie. I thought $4.99 was a bit much, but I thought, well it's big enough to share. But when I received it, it was half of what was displayed. Very disappointed

I love their food and I feel like they are really working on their customer service. It is so much better, like what I remember from when they first opened.

I'm in town for a conference for work so ordered via Uber eats. What a gem! I got the combo with 1/2 a crispy chicken avocado salad and 1/2 Wisconsin cauliflower soup. Both were excellent. Fresh, flavorful, the soup was silky. The cute chocolate covered strawberry that comes with your meal was a fun treat too. Nice to be able to get a healthy meal delivered to my hotel!

One of the first places my spouse and I visited on arriving in Salt Lake City was Café Zupas. It was the perfect place to find a healthy, if expensive, lunch. I had a Cobb salad with no avocado and a really good BBQ sandwich without slaw. The sandwich came on focaccia bread (at least I think that's what it was) and the meal was served with a free chocolate-covered strawberry. My husband really enjoyed his mushroom soup and salad and gobbled up the additional kettle-cooked chips. If you're looking for a filling lunch and aren't worried about pricing, Café Zupas is the place to be!

I used to live in Salt Lake for three years and Zupas was always my favorite winter go to. I used to think it was on the pricier side compare to other food here, but compared to other cities it's right on target. My major problem here is that I have trouble picking one kind of soup. Mushroom, tomato basil, lobster bisque, Wisconsin cauliflower. Ugh. Honestly, I can't vouch for salads and sandwiches because I always walk right past and head for the soup! Even though I have a bit of PTSD (don't ask) when I come back to SLC (rarely), I absolutely must stop at a Zupas even if it is 100 degrees out!! It's that good. Plus, the chocolate covered strawberry at the end is a nice touch.

Zupas delivers fresh, healthy (healthier than most restaurants) food options and some really tasty homemade drinks. I loved the yogurt berry salad I had, and would 100% recommend it, especially to balance out the savory taste of the soups and sandwiches in the Try 2 combo. The potato and green chili soup was also pretty tasty, and the roll + chocolate covered strawberry is the cherry on top. My only two downsides: Zupas ran out of the homemade orange berry drink, which is my favorite, and really the only reason I get a fountain drink there. And I've noticed that prices have increased a bit since my last visit. Sigh -- inflation is getting to us all.
